About the Event
The evening will feature a State of the Court Address by the Honorable Michael S. Groch, Presiding Judge of the San Diego Superior Court, and a State of the Bar Address by Erica Bloom, Esq., the 2026 NCBA President. Together, these remarks offer attendees a timely look at the priorities shaping the bench and the bar in the year ahead.

The program will also honor members of the local legal community with the presentation of the following awards:
- The William R. Fletcher “Fletch” Award
- The Attorney of the Year Award
- The Judge Moon Award

The dinner will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, beginning at 6:00 PM at The Crossings at Carlsbad, located at 5800 The Crossings Drive in Carlsbad, California.
